vterritory.com is a small, static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing you type. This page says exactly what it does do, in plain language.
What we collect, and what we don’t.
Who is responsible. This website is operated by MMBA Productions Inc., doing business as Vanta Territory, New York, NY, United States (“Vanta Territory”, “we”). Questions about your information: andres@territoryco.com.
Information you choose to send us
The audit form on the home page sends your name, company and email to our server, which emails them to andres@territoryco.com, keeps a copy in a private log outside the public website (with your IP address stored only as a one-way hash) and, when enabled, adds a row to our Notion lead list. We use them only to answer you and prepare the audit. The form also records the time you started filling it in and includes a hidden field that only automated bots fill, to block spam. If the server is unavailable, the page falls back to opening your own email app instead.
If you email us, message us on WhatsApp (a link that opens the WhatsApp service, operated by Meta Platforms, under its own terms) or book a call through the calendar link, we receive what you choose to share. We use it to answer you, to prepare the audit or call you asked for and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Legal basis where the GDPR applies: our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry, and the steps needed before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
We keep inquiry emails for as long as the conversation is open and for up to 24 months after the last exchange, then delete them unless a contract or legal duty requires longer retention.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (HostGator) keeps standard server logs: IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept under the provider’s own retention terms. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Fonts are served from this website, not from Google or any other third party. Videos and images are served from this website. The newsletter examples open inside this website as static copies with tracking pixels and links disabled.
What we do not do
- No analytics, advertising pixels, heat maps or session recording.
- No cookies and no browser storage (see the cookie policy below).
- No selling or sharing of personal information, in the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act or any other law.
- No automated decision-making or profiling.
Who else sees your information
Only the people at Vanta Territory who need it to answer you, and the service providers that run our tools: Google Workspace (email and calendar), Notion (lead list), WhatsApp (when you choose to message us there) and HostGator (hosting). Each processes data under its own contract with us and its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and work with clients and partners in the European Union, Argentina and elsewhere. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to andres@territoryco.com. We answer within 30 days (45 days for requests under California law, extendable once with notice). Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may also complain to their local data protection authority. California residents will not be treated differently for exercising their rights.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We check it on current Chrome, Safari and Firefox, on phones and desktops. The brand film has no captions yet; a captioned version is on our list.
